Ordering Information

01. What you need to know.

  • Product Name (i.e. Duchess 1-Drawer Nightstand)
  • Wood Species (Oak, Cherry, Maple etc. etc.)
  • Finish (Stain, Paint, or Custom Stain Match)
  • Options (any added options available for the item)
  • Will the product be picked up, delivered, or shipped?

02. Ordering Process

  • Once we confirm the order with you, We will take a 20% deposit of the final bill.
  • If the product is not in stock, we will nurse your order through the manufacturing process (See "Product Lead Times")
  • When we receive the order we inspect all parts and functionality of the pieces to ensure the product is up to spec with the order.
  • Upon shipping, pick up, or delivery, we accept full payment of the remaining balance.

Product Lead Times

Our average lead time on orders is approximately 8 weeks. This is not a guaranteed time frame, and orders can take 1-2 weeks less or more.
